These terms cover boudoirla.com, book.boudoirla.com, and the forms, guides, emails, and texts connected to them, operated by Marisa Leigh LLC, doing business as Boudoir LA ("I," "me," "Boudoir LA").

Using this site

You are welcome to browse, read, and request free guides for your own personal use. Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or submit false information. You must be 18 or older to inquire about or book a session.

My images and words

Every photograph, video, guide, and piece of writing on this site belongs to Marisa Leigh LLC and is protected by copyright. Please do not copy, download, screenshot for reuse, edit, or repost any of it without my written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.

Free guides and emails

When you request a guide or take a quiz, I will send it by email and may follow up with related letters. You can unsubscribe anytime. Guides are for inspiration and education, not professional advice.

Sessions and bookings

Information on this site describes my work in general. Every session is governed by a separate client agreement that you will receive and sign when you book, covering scheduling, payments, rescheduling, image use, and delivery. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, your agreement wins.

Gift cards

Gift cards never expire and carry no fees. They are redeemable toward any session or collection, at current pricing, whenever she is ready. Gift cards are not refundable for cash except where California law requires it, including balances under $10. Promotional cards given free of charge may carry an expiration date, which will be printed on the card.

This site may link to other websites or tools I do not control. I am not responsible for their content or practices.

No guarantees

I work hard to keep this site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Marisa Leigh LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages that come from using the site.

Privacy

How I handle your information is explained in my Privacy Policy. In short, I never sell your personal information.

California law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in Los Angeles County.

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the date at the top of this page.
